RETURNS-REPLACEMENTS

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@stellakaratza.gr", notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and filling in a contact number. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 261 300 8260 (Shop Opening Hours).
Conditions for return:
1. the product must not have been used
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail receipt, invoice, shipping note-invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly -in a larger box- so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

  1. WRONG SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT
    In those cases in which with proven fault of "Stella Karatza Creations" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products. The return of the product is free from all over Greece.
  2. PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECT
    In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.   3. PRODUCT CHANGE
    In case you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact customer service directly at 261 300 8260. In case the product is defective, you can return it within 14 days (once per order), always after consultation with the customer service department 261 300 8260 (Branch Hours) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate. In this case, you will be charged with the shipping costs charged at the time of your order.
  4. WITHDRAWAL
    You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and - only in case the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date stated on the purchase receipt. The return of the product should be done with any courier you wish and the return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are made for the purchase of the product that has been made in cash (cash on delivery), credit card or via Paypal. Your refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products, which have been purchased from the online store "stellakaratza.gr" can be changed or returned to our physical stores (Dim. Votsi 42, Patra), always after consultation by phone at 261 300 8260 (Store Hours).
