"Stella Karatza Creations" undertakes to inform users of any modifications as well as of any changes through the website of its online store. "Stella Karatza Creations" reserves the right to unilaterally renew or modify these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, in accordance with its needs and business ethics.
The change of terms does not cover orders that are already in progress
2. PERSONAL DATA
Any user can browse the online store "stellakaratza.gr" without giving any personal information. The cases where we will need some of your personal data (name, e-mail address, shipping address, products, telephone number, etc.) are generally to process your order.

You can get information about each product by following the search instructions listed on our websites and by "clicking" on the corresponding product, subject to any typographical errors that have escaped our attention or have occurred unwanted or due to interruptions in the operation of the website for technical or other reasons. However, cases of errors in prices and product characteristics cannot be excluded and it cannot be ensured that there will be no interruptions in the operation of the website or "human" errors when updating the data or indicating the price of a product. For all products contained in the "stellakaratza.gr" there are indications of their availability. In any case, it should be made clear that the delivery times of your order depend on the availability of products in our warehouses. In case the product is not available, you will be informed in good time about its unavailability.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The online store "stellakaratza.gr" and all the content of its websites (photos, texts, graphics, graphics, services, products, names, images, logos and distinctive marks representing "Stella Karatza Creations" and its online store), are the intellectual property of the company and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law. Upon completion of your order we will send you an e-mail (e-mail letter) with the confirmation of receipt of your order, followed by a subsequent e-mail, informing you about the shipment of your order. Through your account you can also view and print the receipt of your order.
7. CHANGES – RETURNS – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@stellakaratza.gr", notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and filling in a contact number. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 261 300 8260 (Shop Opening Hours).
Conditions for return:
1. the product must not have been used
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail receipt, invoice, shipping note-invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly -in a larger box- so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:
WRONG SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT
In those cases where, through proven fault of "Stella Karatza Creations", you were delivered products in a different design, color or size from that of the order, you can return the products.
PRODUCT MANUFACTURING DEFECT
In those cases where there is a defect in the product, you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The return of the product is always made after telephone consultation at 261 300 8260 (Shop Opening Hours).
PRODUCT CHANGE
In cases where you wish to change the product you purchased, you must fill in the contact code or product codes in the e-mail and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact us directly at 261 300 8260 (Shop Hours). In case the product is defective, you can return it within 14 days (for once per order), always after consultation with the customer service department 261 300 8260 (Shop Opening Hours) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate. In case the product is defective, you are not charged with the shipping costs you charged during your order.
WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request the refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. The return of the product should be made with any courier you wish and the costs of the return are borne by the customer. A refund is made for the purchase of the product that has been made in cash (cash on delivery), credit card. The refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products purchased from the online store "stellakaratza.gr" can be changed or returned to our physical store, always after telephone consultation with us at tel: 261 300 8260 (Shop Opening Hours).
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of an order before shipping and delivery to a courier you should contact 261 300 8260 by phone stating your order number.
9. PAYMENT METHODS
CREDIT – DEBIT – PREPAYED CARDS
Ability to pay via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, through the VIVA WALLET platform. The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store "stellakaratza.gr" is absolutely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed the completion of all the information required for the registration of the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure site of VIVA WALLET where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly. To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant form the exact name of the cardholder, the number and expiration date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) located on the back of the card.
CASH ON DELIVERY
The customer pays upon delivery of the order to his place, the employee of the courier company, who acts at the behest of "stellakaratza.gr". The charge of cash on delivery is 2€.

10. SHIPPING PRODUCTS
Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.
SHIPPING TO GREECE
For orders in Greece there will be a transport charge of 4 euros. For shipments of large volume there is the possibility of shipping with a transport company after consultation with you. In case there is a higher shipping charge by the courier due to the volume of a package or an inaccessible area, you will be informed by phone before sending your order.
The products you ordered are shipped to the address you have given us, through the courier company «SPEEDEX». Stella Karatza Creations reserves the right to use another courier company.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Within 3 to 4 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (we are always talking about delivery to the Capitals of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply in times of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the delivery times.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in a timely manner by the order department of the estimated delivery time.

"Stella Karatza Creations" and the online store "stellakaratza.gr" provide the opportunity to its users to choose their periodic or case-by-case information on the new products available on the market and on any other possible offers, payment arrangements, etc., by sending advertising – informative messages to their e-mail address.
